Fees
We
ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) using shipping
charges provided by UPS plus a $1.00 handling
fee per shipment. Rates are
based on the weight of the final shipment,
as well as the destination of shipment. For

Turn-Around
Time
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business
days from the day they are placed. We
will make every effort to expedite processing
for orders being shipped via Next Day Air or
2nd Day Air and placed by 8AM EST. Orders
placed over the weekend are
shipped no sooner than Monday. We do not ship
out packages on the weekend or holidays.

Return
Policy
We take great pride in our products and
we believe that you will be extremely satisfied
with our teas and accessories. If you are not
happy with your purchase, please contact us
within 30 days of the purchase. We will help
arrange for returns of any defective product.
A claim for goods damaged in shipping should
be made with the carrier, UPS.

Electronic Gift Certificates
Electronic Gift Certificates should be purchased
separately from all other merchandise.
Gift Certificates to multiple recipients should
be paid in individual orders. If you have
multiple gift certificates in your cart,
they will all be sent to the same recipient
that you designate at checkout.
Gift Certificates are emailed to the recipient(s)
one (1) day after purchase.
